This is an high intensity workout that you can do from home or the gym. You will want to complete 4-8 rounds meaning that this workout can range from 30-60 minutes depending on the number of rounds you complete.

For an extra challenge you can also add a .25 mile run or jog at the end of each round.

Each round consists of:

  • 10 bear push up jacks
  • 10 staggered lunges
  • 10 plank reach and toe tap
  • 10 squat pulse x2 and jump
